We wish to recruit a:
Reservoir Geologist
to work within our team of reservoir geologists working on a wide range of UK and international projects. Projects involve combinations of the following disciplines and experience of these is advantageous:
- Stratigraphic correlation
- Wireline log interpretation
- Image log analysis
- Core description
- Depositional modelling
- Petrographic analysis
- Fieldwork data capture and mapping
- Depositional modelling
- Report writing and presentation
The position would suit the following: recent MSc graduate in Geological Sciences/Petroleum Geoscience; recent PhD graduate that has completed a sedimentological/stratigraphical project or Reservoir Geologist with consultancy experience. You should have a background in stratigraphic correlation, sedimentology or reservoir quality evaluation, as well as a willingness to learn and advance your skills. If you have any image log expertise this will be an advantage. You should also be computer literate, have a clean driving license, and be willing to travel abroad.
