Lead Engineers within Pipeline Technology

The pipeline units in DNV creates and delivers world class pipeline services such as concept studies, FEED, design, certification & verification, re-qualification, condition assessments and risk based inspection planning. We also invest heavily in R&D in close co-operation with the industry, using our accumulated knowledge to develop tomorrow's standards.

We are now looking for experienced engineers.

Tasks

• Due to increased increased orders and a huge request for our services we are now recruiting the following to strenghten our team:
  - Lead Structural Engineer
  - Lead Mechanical Engineer
  - Senior Engineer Materials and Corrosion
• You will be responsible for package deliveries in challenging and exciting projects and part of our core teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (MSc, PhD) within Offshore/ mechanical/ structural/ material/ marine engineering, risk management or survey technology.
• More than 5 years relevant experience
• Experience within one or more of the following will be an advantage:
  - Project management
  - Multidiscipline projects
  - Finite element analysis
  - Condition and defect assessment
• Fluency in Norwegian and English

• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, suited to work as a consultant in project teams and towards customers, and ability to contribute effectively in discussions
• Ability to build good relations with customers
• Ability to work independently, take initiatives and drive processes
• Good team player
